AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM AT BATHURST & LAWRENCE

Kids After School Programs ages 6 and up!

Rooks to Cooks is ready to get back into the kitchen with our After School Programs this year! We aim to help your child discover and foster a love of cooking, learn new skills, challenge themselves with new recipes, and experiment with foods and flavours. Each after school program features brand new recipes developed to engage your child in a fun, educational and tasty way while they’re outside of the classroom.

LOCATION: Bathurst and Lawrence

In this family-oriented neighbourhood, we have found a lovely location at the Asbury and West United Church, 3180 Bathurst St. (just North of Lawrence Ave. W.). We have no doubt that your aspiring young chef will have a blast cooking in this kitchen. This facility is newly renovated throughout with a large air-conditioned kitchen and a roomy adjacent hall for our cooking lessons. While there is no parking on-site, there is 15-minute parking on the street or nearby plazas.

Around The World (Ages 7+) – Wednesdays

11 Week Course

Start date: January 8th, 2020
End date: March 11th, 2020

Goal: Our goal is to equip our students with inegral life cooking skills by exposng them to authentic dishes from around the world. We aim to open their minds to new foods and flavours so they may gain an appreciation for other cultures. Students will acquire the knowledge, experience anad confidence to independently execute recipes at home!
