Summer Camp at College and Bathurst
We’re super excited to announce the opening of our newest location, College and Bathurst. This air-conditioned facility comes equipped with a certified kitchen outfitted with restaurant grade appliances including 3 full sized ovens, a catering fridge and freezer and an industrial dishwasher. Our aspiring young chefs will enjoy cooking up lots of delicious dishes and serving up an extra helping of fun! The camp is only minutes away from a nearby park and playground where we can enjoy the summer weather during our breaks. To top it all off, the facility is right on the North West corner of College and Bathurst across from a parking lot and easily accessible by public transit making it easily accessible for everyone!

Goal: To teach our campers fundamental life and cooking skills while introducing them to new foods and flavours from around the world. Through this program, they will develop a deeper appreciation for other cultures and their cuisines, as well as the practical cooking skills and knowledge needed to help prepare meals at home.

Tots with Pots (Ages 4-6)

Goal: To spark a love of cooking and food in our youngest chefs. They will develop their palate and explore new flavours while learning the basics of food preparation, as well as where their food comes from. Following this program, our students will be excited to help out in the kitchen at home and experiment with new foods.

Master Chef Around the World (Ages 11+)

Goal: To instill in our Masterchefs the skills, knowledge and confidence to prepare dishes from scratch without the use of recipes. Sweet and Savoury Jr. (Ages 6-9)

Here at Rooks to Cooks, we believe “age is just a number”. We recognize and appreciate that maturity levels vary drastically between children and that your child’s age might not be the best indicator of their abilities. If your child wishes to participate in a session but they do not meet the minimum age requirements, do not fret! We are open to accepting them and would love to help work with you to determine whether or not taking part is the best decision for them.
