We are delighted with our wonderful camp facility in Lansing. These kids cooking classes are located in the Lansing United Church @ 49 Bogert Ave, south of Sheppard Ave. W. and just a 5-minute drive from Bayview Ave. Our little chefs will be cooking up some fun in this terrific and newly rennovated commercial kitchen space. During breaktime, we have access to lovely green space for camp activities and to enjoy outdoor time. This location is easily accessible by car or transit.

Cooking Styles:

My two favourite styles are contemporary french and camp fire cooking. Both require patience and execution of simple tasty ingredients.

Chef’s Mission:

My chefs mission is to evoke excitement, drive and creativity in the future chefs of our industry. I want to create a fun safe environment that fosters young chefs to work hard and enjoy their craft.

About me:

Whether camping, canoeing, hiking or simply walking my Great Dane in High Park, I love spending time in the wilderness.
