Master Chef is a full-day camp program where our students learn to cook with their hearts more than their heads! It is suggested (not mandated) that our Master Chef students complete one of our entry-level camps prior to registration, to learn the basic skills of the kitchen beforehand.

Graduate of Durham College’s Culinary Management Program
Winner of Durham College’s Epic Mac and Cheese competition
Graduated high school as an Ontario Scholar
Numerous smaller awards for academic excellence, community service, and culinary.

I prefer to work with sweets, cupcakes specifically seem to be a common creation from me. I also have a lot of experience with pasta dishes as well.

I have been in a kitchen since I was nine years old, helping my parents cater events, and other small tests of my ability. The passion continued into high school, where I took every culinary related course available. This included a teacher assistant course; I helped my chef plan menus, cater events inside and outside of the school, and assist students with their work both in the kitchen and on paper. This was such an amazing experience for me, I returned to do it again as one of my college placement positions. Between my time with the students in the kitchen, and other similar positions afterwards, I learned how much I loved to teach.

My chef mission is to encourage love for food, it’s importance, it’s beauty, it’s culture, and it’s community.
