We are very pleased with our location for kids cooking classes at the Thornhill Baptist Church @ 8018 Yonge St. This facility is south of Hwy 407 and north of Centre St. Aspiring young chefs will be delighted to cook in this roomy kitchen and prep area. A large beautiful green space is located close to the church, so the staff and campers can spend time outdoors during their breaks. Parking is available at the church.

Cooking Style:

Sea food is definitely one of my favourite things to cook with and also enjoy. Though, I have to say beef and pork are not too far from my favourites. I really enjoy any type of food, from a good taco to a caprese salad. The most enjoyable part of the preparation is the gratification I receive from my family and my customers. The feedback and the satisfaction always puts me in the ultimate mood, the enjoyment of my work.

Experiences:

My experience working with children has not only been rewarding but also enjoyable. One of the things I have always loved is teaching; I enjoy sharing experiences at the same time learning from my students. The happiness that is shared at the end of a task, the challenges that have been overcome, and the smiles that show satisfaction are just some of the things I take great pleasures from.

One example of my accomplishments working with children is coaching a rugby league.

Chef’s Mission:

To teach children the fundamental values of love and discipline in the kitchen. These two essential factors are not only seen in the skills of the culinary art but also in life. I am sure that with somethings that you do with love and discipline, the results will never be wrong.
